Tabi Honey Yellow

This coffee has a very complex profile with very delicate, honeyed fruity notes, red fruits, honey and chocolate.

The coffee undergoes a three-day anaerobic process in the cherry, is pulped and transferred to the drying beds in a canopy, with a slow drying period of 3 weeks to enhance the sweetness of the mucilage in the coffee almond.
