This coffee is a true masterpiece, a delicious combination that challenges the traditional boundaries of the coffee world. The Tabí variety, recognized for its exquisite chocolate and spice profile.
The masterful touch is produced when the coffee beans are co-fermented with freshly harvested mandarins in an anaerobic process. The citrus aroma and natural sweetness of the mandarins elegantly intertwine with the spicy nuances of the Tabí variety, creating a symbiosis of flavors that awaken the senses. The green coffee beans are matured in Oak Barrels where the finest Colombian Rums were aged. This masterful process generates in the coffee hints of fine wood, sweet rum, vanilla and spices.
